Beginning on Wall Street, Jeff mastered the art of derivatives and mergers, becoming a verified expert in financial
valuation. His journey then led him to establish Codeword, a digital-first advertising agency. Under his mindful leadership,
Codeword grew to be Utah's premier agency, centralizing its presence in New York City. This well-curated success led to its
acquisition by WE Communications in 2019.
Pivoting to the world of art, Jeff showcased his versatility by steering Color Factory, an innovative platform in the realm
of experiential art museums. With flagship locations in NYC and Houston, it stands as a testament to his knack for sustainable
growth. With a career spanning from the rigorous terrains of Wall Street to the vibrant corridors of art, Jeff brings a
personalized touch to Brandless, driving towards a better future.

Previously at Goldman Sachs, Matt's focus on growth-oriented businesses became a catalyst for his entrepreneurial
ventures, leading to successful launches and acquisitions. His holistic background, from scaling businesses to strategic
acquisitions, combined with an MBA from BYU, positions him as a trusted leader in the industry. With a rich personal life,

Rob Lund, Brandless' CFO since 2022, brings a rich financial and global business background. Former
financial leader at Instructure, USANA, and MonaVie, with stints at GE Capital and JC Penney. Before Brandless, Rob made
significant impacts at Ampleo, a management consulting firm. As a Partner and SaaS/Technology Practice Lead, he was pivotal
in business strategy, consultant training, and spearheading finance operations, including M&A activities.
His educational credentials are equally impressive: a Finance-centric Master from Harvard, an MBA from Westminster, and a
BS in Accounting from the University of Utah. Certified as a Lean-Six-Sigma Black Belt, Rob blends expertise with precision.
Outside of his professional realm, Rob enjoys skiing, exploring with his family, and delving into historical literature.

Shift, a growth marketing agency he helmed for 13 years—helping dozens of brands scale to multiple billions in annual
sales. Adding to his portfolio, Mitch was a founding partner at National Brand, focusing on branding and growth marketing
investment.
His vast knowledge, merged with dynamic leadership, has made him integral to Brandless's revenue growth. Having both
corporate and entrepreneurial expertise, Mitch is poised to drive Brandless towards further innovation and expansion.

Franklin Discovery Academy, crucially shaping its special education wing.
Additionally, Audrey's community involvement is commendable, serving on the South Valley Chamber of Commerce's board.
