Instructions

Before the first use: Remove all labels then hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not place pan in dishwasher.

Utensils: Always use hard rubber, silicone or wooden kitchen tools. Do not use metal spoons, spatulas or serrated knives. Do not cut baked goods in the pan.

After baking: Hand wash with a sponge or dishcloth in warm soapy water and towel dry thoroughly. Do not place pan in dishwasher. Do not scour with steel wool, metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. With use, over time, some discoloration or staining may occur. This will not affect the performance of the pan. Do not use the pan on the stove top
or for freezer storage.

Perfect size. Heavy weight but with all the pans they have a weird polish or what seems to be no polish. Strange but doesn't seem to effect proformance. I use a lot of parchment paper or foil.

Terrific pan, so glad I bought 2 because I use one as a lid when baking sourdough bread. These are not aluminum and are very sturdy and have great weight to them. Highly recommend

good quality and price, however I wish I had looked more closely at the listing - these are NOT dishwasher safe, and because the upper lip curls around and down, water gets trapped, making them very hard to clean without wondering what it growing in there...
