This super versatile oil can handle all of your cooking and baking needs
Because of its light flavor, high 400 degree Fahrenheit smoke point, and super smooth texture, canola oil can do almost anything. It’s an excellent cooking oil for sautéing, stir-frying, grilling, and baking. It’s a great base for salad dressings, sauces, and marinades. Use it in place of solid fats like butter and margarine, especially in baking recipes, or to coat your pans for nonstick baking. Canola oil is also low in saturated fat and high in monounsaturated fatty acid and polyunsaturated fat (the good kinds), making it a good option when choosing an oil.
No Artificial Colors or Flavors
