Bought the Nakiri way back, figured I should just upgrade everything to a new set. Happy with the choice.
Loving how sharp the new knives are, but wish Brandless made a nice heavy knife block to store them all in.
The Nakiri has a nice hefty feel to it that helps give chopping an umph! 400 series stainless steel is a great compromise on cost vs stain-resistance, should stay looking great if you don't abuse them.
Loving how shiny and sharp the knives are. Haven't been out shopping yet, so I've only tested the Santoku on chicken breasts and tomatoes, and the paring knife on de-eying potatoes, but so far, they're awesome. The small knife blade holders are a bit tight, so I'd suggest going with the large size only for most knives simply because they fit better.
