Use wet or dry, dap sponge in powder or liquid foundation for application, can be used post application to achieve "air brushed" look.  Great for cream/liquid blushes/bronzers too!  Use pointed tip for precise application (under eyes, etc.) and rounded end for larger areas of the face.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Clean with an appropriate cosmetic sponge cleanser as often as needed. Lay flat to dry. Store in a cool, dry place and allow to dry between uses.
