Organic Matcha Green Tea
Mix 1 serving of matcha with 1 cup of hot water to make tea or add to your favorite smoothie or baked goods.
Vanilla Matcha Protein Shake:
(1 serving)
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup ice
1/2 banana
2 teaspoons Matcha Powder
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1. Toss all ngredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour and sip.
Vegan Matcha Ice Cream:
(4-6 servings)
Ingredients:
1 14-ounce can full-fat coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 Tbsp matcha green tea powder
1/4 cup pitted medjool dates
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1. Toss all ngredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
2. Pour into freezer-safe container and freeze for 8 hours, whisking the mix once every hour.
3. Let sit in the freezer overnight and indulge when wanted. (Thaw 20 minutes before serving)
Matcha Crepes:
(10-12 servings)
Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups milk of choice
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp salt
2 tsp Matcha Powder
1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until fully combined.
2. Heat a tablespoon of oil on a large skillet.
3. Spoon 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan. and roll the pan around until the batter has coated the pan.
4. Flip the crepe after 2 minutes and cook the other side until it has slightly browned..
5. Top with either sweet or savory toppings and serve.
