Before the first use: Remove all labels then hand wash in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not place pan in dishwasher.
Utensils: Always use hard rubber, silicone or wooden kitchen tools. Do not use metal spoons, spatulas or serrated knives. Do not cut baked goods in the pan.
After baking: Hand wash with a sponge or dishcloth in warm soapy water and towel dry thoroughly. Do not place pan in dishwasher. Do not scour with steel wool, metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. With use, over time, some discoloration or staining may occur. This will not affect the performance of the pan. Do not use the pan on the stove top or for freezer storage.
