Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain the canned tomatoes, chop the onion, jalapeño (seeding it first if you want less heat), and cilantro. Juice the lime
- Place all ingredients in the blender
- Pulse the blender a few times until the salsa reaches your desired consistency
- Taste and add more seasoning as needed
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later
