8-10 medium-sized pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In your blender, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Add the egg, milk, and melted butter to the blender
- Blend until the batter is smooth. There may be a few tiny lumps, but that's okay. Don't over-blend
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like butter, syrup, fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate chips
