Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

    Instructions

    1. In your blender, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
    2. Add the egg, milk, and melted butter to the blender
    3. Blend until the batter is smooth. There may be a few tiny lumps, but that's okay. Don't over-blend
    4. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side
    5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like butter, syrup, fruit, whipped cream, or chocolate chips
